Are your items preorder or ready to ship?
The majority of our website is ready to ship. There is a preorder folder designated for preorders only.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as
PayPal & Shop Pay
What if my address changes? Please email us the order number and new
address as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders
once order has been placed.
• Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds as all sales are final, unless there is an error on our behalf.
• When will my order ship?
All ready to ship items will ship out within 3-5 business days. All preorders have an ETA (estimated time of arrival) listed so be sure to make note of that when ordering.
• What do I do if I never received my order?
Please email us your order number and we will assist you.
• What do I do if I received a defective order?
Any manufacturing defects must be reported by email to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
